Empowering Childbirth Preparation Classes Beginning in January, 2009
The next Empowering Childbirth class series will begin in January 2009 at Becoming Mothers in Boulder, Colorado. I will be teaching a labor and delivery class for expecting parents. The class is limited to 5 couples. Register early to reserve a space. Following deliveries the class will resume with postpartum topics that will include breastfeeding, sleep options, and maintaining meaningful adult connections.
